Founder's Legacy
Sheikh Nazir Ahmed is the founder of NAZIR COMPANY established in 1958. He has been a pioneer in engineering and constructions, establishing a strong foundation for the company's success. In 1986, he established ASAS CONTRACTING COMPANY in Saudi Arabia, further expanding the company's reach and capabilities.
His legacy continues through his son, Mr. Tauqir Ahmed Sheikh, who re-organized the company under the new name NESCON, carrying forward the vision and values established by the founder.

Mr. Tauqir Ahmed Sheikh, the founder of Tauqir Nazir Company, has a vision to create a tremendous entity that contributes to development projects in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf Countries. With high workmanship and professional standards, we aim to maintain quality and ensure customer satisfaction in all our endeavors.
As the Chairman of ASAS CONTRACTING COMPANY, Mr. Tauqir Ahmed Sheikh brings extensive experience and leadership to NESCON. Our main mission is to maintain quality and ensure customer satisfaction through our commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainable development.
We extend our sincere thanks to governmental and private sector owners, subcontractors, vendors, partners, shareholders, and family members who have supported us throughout our journey.
Our Story
We are pleased to introduce that NESCON has started working independently in Libya. It was originally working by the name Nazir Company, established in the year 1958 in Pakistan and in 1975 on Libyan soil. The core business of the company is provision of engineering services to energy sector along with construction work of commercial buildings and infrastructure.
NESCON is comprised of experienced, qualified and skilled staff to fulfil business commitments with clients. We believe in building long-term relationship with customers through a commitment to on-time and on-budget delivery of services.
Our discipline includes all types of transmission lines ranging from 11 KV to 33 KV, underground cables from 1 KV to 33 KV, substations, telecommunication networks, and civil construction projects. We have successfully executed numerous projects across multiple countries, earning the trust and confidence of our valued clients.
